The aluminum filter consists of multiple layers of aluminum-expanded material, which expands through specific feeds to ensure maximum filtering and internal loading capabilities. The media is enclosed in a lightweight aluminum frame, mitered and secured at one corner by rivets. Metal mesh air filters are designed for applications such as light industrial, commercial, schools, office buildings, and homes where a lightweight permanent filter is recommended.

Stainless steel filters are durable, high efficiency filters that are built to withstand chemicals, are washable, and are very long lasting. Galvanized filters are medium weight and, like all metal mesh, are ideal for removing dirt, dust, and debris from the air.
